Exteriors

Exteriors visualizations are depictions of exteriors of buildings and their surroundings, crated on the basis of architectural plans. The elevations, materials and colours are always created in accordance with your specification and they can be based either on your ideas and descriptions or on specific models taken from producers' catalogues. The surroundings and natural elements are based on authentic photographs, or our own composition matching your descriptions.

Procedure of creating exterior visualization:


  1. Getting all the necessary materials needed for the project, such as: the most recent plans of the building (preferable in the DWG format), land development plan, sketches or photos of elevations, cross sections of building storeys and any other additional helpful materials. After receiving the files we are going to send customer the confirmation and start working on the project.
  2. Creation of 3D model representation of the building/s based on the provided plans.
  3. After receiving feedback from the customer, we implement changes/suggestions from the customer's feedback and move on to the next stage of visualization: detailed rendering. (From this moment if the customer decides on more changes it results in additional charges as it requires extra work and time to generate a new/different 3D model ). Next the model is rendered in high detail with all colours, materials and textures in high quality.
  4. We add background elements, and render the final composite image/s and send small size image to the customer for the final sign off.
  5. After the final sign off, we send the customer visualizations in high resolution in any electronic format by the use of FTP server, or other form of electronic transfer. We can also provide files on CD/DVD.


Description of building materials necessary for creation of exterior visualization:
pictures and/or descriptions of roof coverings, elevation materials, pavements, or other important and characteristic elements of background or the building.

The background is created on the basis of photographs of the physical area taken earlier and supplied by the customer. Optionally we can also create a different background from the real surroundings. In such a case, we are going to create our own composition based on the customer's recommendations/ descriptions.

We are constantly in touch with the customer throughout the whole duration of each project, applying all the necessary amendments and changes based on the regular feedback by the customer. This method ensures high quality, good timing and also eliminates any possible unpleasant surprises as the customer is able to follow the project from its earliest stages.
