Interiors

Interiors visualizations are based on the basis of architectural plans of rooms/storeys, or cross sections of storeys and plans of furniture layout. Furniture representations are created on the basis of technical plans of particular furniture models, or are based on pictures of furniture from producers' catalogues. Cross sections give an opportunity to depict spatial layout of all the rooms on each storey.

Procedure of creating interior visualization:


  1. Getting all the necessary materials needed for the project, such as: the most recent plans of the rooms/storey (preferable in the DWG format), sketches or photos of elevations, cross sections of building storeys and any other additional helpful materials. After receiving the files we are going to send the customer the confirmation and start working on the project.
  2. Creation of 3D model representation of the architectural plans showing all necessary details. We add colours based on the client's specification and also create realistic lighting model of the depicted space. This draft version (not in high quality of details) is sent to the customer for a review of all the aspects: colours, materials, lightning, details.
  3. After receiving feedback from the customer, we implement changes/suggestions from the customer's feedback and move on to the next stage of visualization: detailed rendering. (From this moment if the customer decides on more changes it results in additional charges as it requires extra work and time to generate a new/different 3D model ). Next the model is rendered in high detail with all colours, materials and textures in high quality.
  4. We add background elements, and render the final composite image/s and send small size image to the customer for the final sign off.
  5. After the final sign off, we send the customer visualizations in high resolution in any electronic format by the use of FTP server, or other form of electronic transfer. We can also provide files on CD/DVD.


Description of building materials necessary for creation of interior visualization:
- colours description, types of floor materials, tiles colours, furniture designs pictures/description/catalogue names and numbers.

We are constantly in touch with the customer throughout the whole duration of each project, applying all the necessary amendments and changes based on the regular feedback by the customer. This method ensures high quality, good timing and also eliminates any possible unpleasant surprises as the customer is able to follow the project from its earliest stages.
